YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER TO VIEW ADS
We do ask you to register in order to post ads. You only have to register once. This adds an additional layer of security and provides you with a content rich personal admin page. Once registered you will be able to manage your own ads 24/6. You will be able to post, edit, renew and delete your own ads. Once registered you will only have to begin typing the first few letters of your username, your password will automatically show up, then all you have to do is click LOG ON and you are free to browse and post the entire site.
HOW TO REGISTER
Once on the site, www.jewishcommunityclassifieds.com, click on the word REGISTER in the orange menue bar at top. This will take you to the registration page. Simply follow the directions on screen. It is quick and simple.
Once you have completed the registration form you will recieve an e-mail confirmation. You are now ready to post your own ads!

HOW TO POST AN AD
You must first LOG ON. You do this one of two ways. Click on the words LOG ON that are in the orange menue bar on the home page of the site and enter your username and password or enter your username and password in the LOG IN BOX on the right hand side of the home page.
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
Underneath any LOG ON section there is a button to press if you forgot your password. Press it and your password will be instantly sent to your e-mail in box.
To confirm that you have LOGED ON you will see your name on the far right of the orange menue bar.
ONCE SUCCESSFULLY LOGED ON
You will be instantly brought to a page titled MY ACCOUNT. Click on the words
place new ad. The next page will be the choose a category page. You simply choose what category you want you ad to appear.
Once you choose your category you will be brought to the AD DETAILS page. Fill in ALL boxes.
AD DESCRIPTION VERY IMPORTANT
Here is where you enter the details of your ad. You can ad color, different size and type fonts etc...But there is NO SPELL CHECK! Here is what you can do if you feel you need spell check. First type out your ad in your favorite word processor and use spell check. Then when you get to this section CUT AND PASTE your ad into the ad description box.
NEXT- click ENTER AD DETAILS at bottom of page.
You are now at the IMAGE COLLECTION page. ADD PHOTOS You get 4 for free!
Hit the BROWSE button, find the location of your saved photos double click on the photo and it will be automatically added as a photo. REMEMBER, the first photo you choose will be the one that appears to the public as they browse ads.
TIP
You can ad captions to each photo by adding your text in the text boxes below the photo links. When complete click on the enter image information button.
NO PHOTOS: If you do not have any photos simply click on the "enter no images" button.
AD APPROVAL PAGE
Look over your ad. If you see any mistakes or want to make any changes click the edit buttons at bottom. If the ad look good hit the APPROVE botton.
TRANSACTION DETAILS: FINAL STEP
Here you can choose for a small fee to ad additional features to make your ads stand out. If you do not want any of these extra feature simply click on the CALCULATE TOTAL button at bottom of page. Then click on the COMPLETE TRANSACTION botton and your are DONE! ADS DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE SITE IMMEDIATLEY!!! THEY MUST BE APPROVED FIRST.
All ads must be pre-approved by our administrators prior to being posted. In most cases ads are placed, approved and posted within minutes.

COST OF POSTING ADS- IT'S FREE
With the exception of a couple categories and attention getting options,posting ads with photos will be FREE.
